Eric Scherner joins MAN Roland as Service Manager, Commercial Web Segment

Westmont, Illinois — Eric Scherner has joined MAN Roland Inc. as Service Manager, Commercial Web Segment. In his new role, Eric will focus on supporting our customer care strategies by managing effective delivery of our printservices line of support programs, including maintenance, predictive, and enhanced services to MAN Roland’s commercial web press customers in North America. He will be located here at the company’s headquarters. A 24-year veteran of the graphic arts industry, Scherner comes to MAN Roland with much in-depth press knowledge and experience. Among other web press experience in his most recent position, he served as Commercial Customer Service Supervisor. Scherner is part of a continued investment MAN Roland is making in our infrastructure to ensure our team is positioned to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. In his new post, Scherner is managing a group of technical resources focused on the delivery of services to MAN Roland commercial web press users. Through effective interaction with our customers, Scherner will provide direct support along with managing the overall service needs of our customers ensuring their presses continue to perform in optimal running condition. He reports to Randy Ridge, Director, Commercial Web Service at MAN Roland Inc.
