Press release from the issuing company

PARSIPPANY, NY - October 3, 2005 - In response to the recent devastation suffered by New Orleans and the Gulf Coast of the United States in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Sun Chemical announced that it will match employee donations to the American Red Cross, dollar for dollar, up to $150,000. “It is clear that those impacted by this disaster will need significant support as they rebuild their lives,” said Wes Lucas, Sun Chemical chairman, president and CEO. “Our donation total is a testimony to the caring spirit of Sun Chemical employees and their families.” The ongoing program allows Sun Chemical employees to donate through the Red Cross web site. Employees that donated before the program began needed only to present a receipt to Sun Chemical’s people services department to qualify for matching.
