Rochester Software Associates Inks Partnership Deal With Konica Minolta

Rochester, NY, September 20, 2005 – Rochester Software Associates, Inc., a leading provider of digital document workflow solutions is pleased to announce that Konica Minolta is now an authorized distributor. RSA’s solutions will enable Konica Minolta’s customers in markets such as education, finance, government, and commercial printing, to increase efficiencies, eliminate mistakes, minimize costs and improve quality and response time.
Konica Minolta is a leading provider of printing systems. The latest addition to Konica Minolta’s bizhub product line, the bizhub 1050, is a significant entrance in the production print market. RSA’s product line provides critical software solutions to enable bizhub printers to handle proprietary documents such as RDO files. RSA solutions convert proprietary output to industry standard PostScript plus provide enterprise output management.
Konica Minolta will also be offering WebCRD, RSA’s browser-based solution for print ordering, fulfillment, production management and cost tracking. Users submit, manage, reorder, and output digital printing jobs using the Internet or Intranet. Powerful PDF workflow options solve frustrating workflow issues. WebCRD increases productivity and improves turnarounds while lowering digital document production costs.
In preparation of this partnership, RSA has been training Konica Minolta’s specialists through RSA University, an intense hands-on technical training exclusively for RSA partners.
