Bolero will be demonstrated at the Muller Martini booth, #4018, as part of an entire bookbinding line...running an 8 1/2 by 11-inch journal, then changing over to a 6 by 9-inch product with gatefold cover. Another next-generation advancement making its domestic debut at Print '05 is the Muller Martini Alprinta variable size offset web press, featuring a unique makeready system developed exclusively by Muller. Alprinta will be shown also in the Muller Martini booth printing two different jobs with a changeover in between, underscoring how quickly and easily jobs can be made ready for production on the Alprinta. Furthermore, show visitors will want to be sure to view a demonstration of the Muller Martini Concepta variable size web offset press. Concepta will be shown in the Kodak Graphic Communications Group booth, #6707, in a hybrid offset/digital press configuration, emphasizing new capabilities for in-line customization for the direct mail and other commercial printing markets. Print '05 visitors are also urged to view demonstrations of Muller Martini's impressive line of print finishing technologies. The new 22,000 cycle-per-hour Tempo 22 saddle stitcher, bringing vital advantages to today's demanding printing markets including in-line inkjetting and the ability to handle tip-on production at machine speed. The 9,000 c/hr. Presto saddle stitcher, now being offered with the Palamides automatic 502 banding machine specially designed for 2-up production, will be demonstrated running a two up product. And the 13,000 c/hr. BravoPlus saddle stitcher, boasting unmatched automation in the mid-range class, will be demonstrated at the FASTechnology Group booth #4286. As part of the BravoPlus demonstration, the inside and outside inkjetting capabilities of BravoPlus will be shown to the industry with a cost effective ink jet system that makes in line addressing and personalization also possible in the mid range performance range. Yet another Print '05 highlight that visitors will not want to miss is the demonstration of the Muller Martini SigmaLine, the world's first commercial-quality, totally modular, OnDemand digital book manufacturing solution. SigmaLine was recently named one of the winners of a prestigious 2005 GATF InterTech Technology Award.
