Agfa Wins Plate Contract from Largest Printer in Romania

Mortsel, Belgium – 10 June 2005 – Agfa announced today that it has won a plate contract from the largest printer in Romania, Infopress. The deal will supply Infopress' newly installed CtP system with 85,000 square metres of Agfa's :Thermostar P970 plates per year.

Infopress, a manufacturer of high-end commercial print and colour magazines, has been modernising its facilities for the past few years to maximise production and provide customers with faster turnaround times. Agfa's :Thermostar P970 plates will supply high-resolution results on Infopress' Screen CtP system.
