The Printing House Ltd Acquires Copyman Print Shops in Niagara Region

TORONTO, June 7 -- The Printing House Ltd. is pleased to announce their expansion into the Niagara Region with the acquisition of Copyman Print Shops which are located in St. Catharines (2 branches), Welland and Niagara Falls effective June 7, 2005. The Copyman Print Shop Franchise in Fort Erie remains under licence from TPH(R) to Beatties Basics who will continue to operate under the Copyman name.
Copyman Print Shops has been a successful local printing company for over 23 years and owner Andrew Ouellette is retiring from the business. "When we were looking for a company to buy our business we wanted a successful Canadian Company that would continue to build on the legacy we have created in the Niagara Region" states Andrew Ouellette. "The Printing House Ltd(TM) will provide the existing Copyman employees with expanded career opportunities and the addition of TPH's value added services as well as access to leading edge e-commerce and print technologies will provide the Niagara Region marketplace with new product and service offerings" adds Mr. Ouellette.
