Press release from the issuing company
June 6th, 2005 - Quebec, Canada – Dynagram, the market leader in imposition software announced today it has signed an Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Fusion Systems International, a leading independent developer of Mac OS X and Unix-Based RIP and prepress workflow solutions, Fusion Systems will offer Dynagram’s powerful suite of imposition products with their advanced DigiPage ROOM workflow solutions.
This OEM agreement positions Fusion Systems International as a licensed distributor for DynaStrip imposition products. Fusion Systems will offer support, training, upgrades and installation services to end users directly and through a network of certified trainers. On-line product training is also available in conjunction with Dynagram from Staffing Tools.
DynaStrip is a highly automated imposition solution providing unique flexibility and imposition capabilities. Used in conjunction with Fusion’s DigiPage ROOM workflow plug-in for the Harlequin RIP, both large and small printers can implement specialized, and fully automated, post-RIP imposition workflow solutions. These ‘open’ solutions allow for new levels of systems integration and provide unprecedented automation for output to a variety of devices, including production digital color and B&W copiers, imagesetters, CtP imagers, DI presses, and wide-format laser and ink-jet printers.
This agreement strengthens Fusion Systems’ offering of advanced tools for preflighting, distilling, trapping, RIPing, post-RIP imposition, proofing, color management, and advanced prepress automation. Printers can easily leverage their existing investments by economically adding Dynagram and DigiPage to achieve automated post-RIP page imposition with absolute digital integrity between preview, proofs, plates and the final printed job.
