Don McKenzie Resigns From Transcontinental Direct U.S.A.

Montreal, June 1, 2005 – Transcontinental Inc. today announced that Don McKenzie, the head of its U.S. direct marketing group, has submitted his resignation and will be leaving the company in the coming days in order to pursue other career opportunities.
“Mr. McKenzie significantly contributed to the development of our direct marketing operations in the U.S., leading this group during a period of rapid growth while integrating CC3 operations with our own plant in the Philadelphia area,” said Luc Desjardins, president and chief executive officer of Transcontinental Inc. “I thank Don for his contribution and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Don leaves behind him a strong management team that, as of today, will report directly to its sector president, Guy Manuel.”
