Torrance, CA (May 23, 2005) — Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced an expanded agenda on their professional development program for their Vision 2005 Conference taking place November 11-13, 2005 at the Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida. The full day and a half program, led by keynote David A. Goldsmith, will provide attendees with the secrets of Dynamic Leadership, a style of management that maximizes time and efforts while managing and building teams. The professional development program kicks off the three-day event on Friday, November 11, followed by Xplor’s leadership program on Saturday. Beginning the day and a half program, Goldsmith will explore “redefining,” a tool to help the audience develop better solutions to challenges and opportunities that face career-minded individuals everyday. In this session, attendees will learn how to do more with less, focus meetings and how to eliminate fire fighting. The following session, dedicated to managing time and projects, explores not only individual time management, but also on managing others and multiple projects.
