Donald Drzal to Lead Prinova's Customer Care Group, novacare

May 19, 2005 -- Former Pitney Bowes Quality Assurance Expert Joins Prinova's Management Team Toronto, Ontario, May 19, 2005 — Prinova Inc., a leader in innovative document design, development and delivery solutions, today announced that Donald J. Drzal has joined the company as program manager, responsible for the administration and growth of customer maintenance and partner programs. He will head the novacare group, a specialized document after-care program that provides ongoing document support and consulting services to clients following project implementation. Drzal comes to Prinova with over 16 years of experience in software development and systems integration. Most recently, as manager of the Technical Support and Quality Assurance group at Pitney Bowes, Inc., Drzal improved quality and operating efficiency while reducing open customer incident backlog by 35 percent. Prior to that, he served in several marketing and finance positions with Motorola, Inc. where he was recognized as a decisive team leader and consensus builder with extensive application experience in UNIX, Windows and mainframe environments. “Don is the perfect choice for directing our novacare group,” said Steve Biancaniello, cofounder and vice president of Professional Services, Prinova. “He offers an outstanding track record of expanding organizational deliverables and has a thorough understanding of how to maximize the capabilities of Pitney Bowes' StreamWeaver and Exstream's Dialogue, which will be of great support to our novacare customers.
