Moonachie, NJ, May 18, 2005 - NUR America is today announcing a unique event called Print Factory, running June 2-15 in the Los Angeles area. Patterned after a similar event held in Australia earlier this year, NUR's Print Factory is targeted at print service providers that are interested in “taking a test drive” of its NUR Tempo flatbed inkjet press or its NUR Expedio 5000 superwide inkjet production press. Print service companies interested in seeing how NUR's equipment will perform on their live jobs (which they can then turn around and deliver to customers) are invited to sign up in advance for a ½ day FREE test drive. NUR America will have both a modular NUR Tempo flatbed press (including the white ink option) and a NUR Expedio 5000 UV-inkjet press available for their use during Print Factory. Skilled operators will be available to run their production jobs or to give them an in-depth demo of the machine if they prefer. NUR will provide all consumables used during the event including a selection of name brand media including frontlit, mesh, gatorfoam, Sintra, blueback paper, self-adhesive vinyl and more. Advance requests for special media availability will be considered. Half-day slots for test drives (or demos) are available on a first come basis and NUR expects this Print Factory will be a sellout.
