The Experts from Working Words & Graphics Tim Plumer, Jr. is the Director of Customer Programs at Working Words & Graphics, a digital prepress service bureau and training company based in Gorham, Maine. Plumer has close to 10 years of history implementing Acrobat-based solutions for the business and graphic arts community. After working as an Application Engineer at Adobe, Tim developed and led his own printing software integration and training company in Portland, Maine. Currently, he and business partner James Lockman provide graphic arts technical solutions through Working Words. James is the Director of Operations at Working Words & Graphics. James has been using PDF in his own print workflow since joining Working Words in 1995.
