Heidelberg is demonstrating its Remote Service offering for the Chinese market, including secure, remote diagnostics, problem resolution, and interactive operator help over the Internet for networked press and postpress machines. The company's proactive service portfolio anticipates and prevents machine nonperformance, reducing service costs and downtime.
