Press release from the issuing company

PARAMUS, N.J., FEBRUARY 16, 2005 – The Professional Development Department of the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) is relocating from the Association’s headquarters in Paramus, N.J., to the campus of Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee, Wis., effective March 21, 2005. To be housed in WCTC’s 50,000-sq.-ft. state-of-the-art Harry V. Quadracci Printing and Graphics Center, NAPL’s Professional Development Department, headed by Susan Reif, NAPL’s senior director of Professional Development, will conduct many of its management information and education activities at the location. WCTC is in the midst of adding to the Harry W. Quadracci Center a 25,000-sq-.ft. Printing Applied Technology Center, significantly broadening the College’s importance as a hub for graphic communications education. “Management information and education has always been a forte of NAPL. Now, our strategic partnership with WCTC, a college with a well-deserved and growing reputation as a leader in graphic communications training, reinforces our ongoing commitment to providing the best in industry education, training, and professional development,” said Joseph P. Truncale, CAE, NAPL president and chief executive officer, in announcing the move. “NAPL is a leader in providing world-class management development and education to the graphic communications community and we’re delighted to welcome the Association’s Professional Development Department to the WCTC campus,” said Carol Brown, president of Waukesha County Technical College. In conjunction with the relocation, Reif will hire an NAPL Professional Development staff to assist in the planning and implementation of the Department’s extensive program. The Department will offer a wide range of learning experiences for graphic communications professionals, from “learning breakfasts” to five-day workshops. Reif will also draw from the College’s comprehensive pool of industry experts and instructors for NAPL programs. “Our new location in the Harry V. Quadracci Printing and Graphics Center will enable NAPL to provide attendees of our programs access to one of the country’s leading graphic communications centers,” said Reif. “That opportunity, coupled with NAPL’s unsurpassed management expertise, will provide participants with the kind of multi-dimensional, broad-based learning experiences today’s graphic communications company leaders need to move their organizations forward.” The first NAPL Professional Development Department event to be held at its new location on the WCTC campus will be the NAPL & PIA/GATF Management and Leadership Institute, scheduled for March 29 – April 2.
