Allegra Network New England Region Repeats Top International Award
Press release from the issuing company
NORTHVILLE, Mich., February 15, 2005 – Allegra Network LLC honored two of its regional operations directors for a second time at its annual Kickoff Meeting held at the company’s world headquarters. John Kuerten and Karl Morningstar once again received the gold Operational Excellence Award, which recognizes leadership in operational excellence and profitability.
“John and Karl continually look for ways to improve upon their already outstanding operational standards,” said Dirk Nelson, vice president of field operations for Allegra Network. “They are always developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the profitability of their franchise members’ businesses.”
Kuerten and Morningstar received the gold Operational Excellence Award last year, along with the Jerry Bergler Franchisee Satisfaction Award. The Jerry Bergler Award is based on an annual survey of franchise members. The directors are evaluated on their responsiveness, expertise and on the value of their support.
Allegra Network locations across North America each identify with one of ten geographical regions. Each region is supported by regional operations directors, who act as business consultants to make franchises more successful and profitable. The New England region is comprised of 30 locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York.
Kuerten and Morningstar have been actively working with Allegra Network franchise members for 20 and 15 years respectively. Each year they hold about 10 training sessions throughout the New England region.
