Transcontinental Direct U.S.A. Broadens Mailing & Logistics Platform

Press release from the issuing company

MONTREAL--Feb. 8, 2005-- Transcontinental Direct U.S.A., one of the largest integrated direct marketing services providers in the U.S., announced today an agreement with PSI Group, a Pitney Bowes company: PSI will provide comprehensive nationwide commingling services to Transcontinental Direct clients, which include the nation's leaders in the financial services, telecommunications, insurance, mortgage, pharmaceutical and travel and leisure industries. With 30 facilities nationwide, PSI Group's commingling services complement Transcontinental Direct U.S.A.'s multiple-facility production model. With full-service production centers in Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Dallas/Ft. Worth, Transcontinental Direct can produce and mail from different locations, speeding mail delivery dates and streamlining production, transportation and logistics costs. Through PSI Group, Transcontinental Direct will offer its clients greater postal discounts, reduced transportation costs and even earlier delivery dates by combining mailings for sorting and processing. "This move reflects our commitment to partnering with leaders who, like us, offer innovative ways to help clients achieve efficiencies and maximize campaign ROI," said Don McKenzie, president of Transcontinental Direct U.S.A., "particularly as our industry anticipates postal rate increases in 2006."
