Most recently, Mr. Miller served as Senior Consultant for both services. Mr. Miller had relocated from InfoTrends/CAP Ventures’ Weymouth, Massachusetts office to its Luton, U.K. office to launch both European Services. In addition to providing support for European clients, Mr. Miller authored the industry’s first ever Western European Document Outsourcing Market Forecast for the PWSE service, and was instrumental in developing and documenting the concept of Document Process Outsourcing. For the NDSE service, he authored the European Network Document Solutions Forecast and spearheaded the European Document Tracking Study.
