TEL AVIV, Israel, January 19 -- In response to press reports published today in Israel, Scitex Corporation Ltd. today announced that, consistent with past practice, it continues to explore strategic alternatives relating to its holdings, including a possible initial public offering, and possible dispositions or acquisitions. There is no assurance that any of these alternatives will be pursued or, if one is pursued, the terms on which it would occur.
