HUDSON, N.H., Jan. 11 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of environmentally responsible high tech digital imaging solutions for the graphic arts and laser imaging markets, announced today that its Niles, Illinois based business unit, ABD International, Inc. (d/b/a ABDick, a Presstek company), has signed a long-term private label supply and distribution agreement with Mitsubishi Imaging (MPM), Inc. Under the terms of the agreement Mitsubishi Imaging has agreed to supply ABDick with digital and analog paper and polyester plate material, as well press chemistries manufactured by Mitsubishi Paper Mills, Ltd. These products will be sold by ABDick under various private labels. This agreement amends and restates Mitsubishi Imaging's former private label supply agreement with A.B.Dick Company. ABD International's President Edward J. Marino stated, "A.B.Dick Company and Mitsubishi Imaging enjoyed the benefits of this important relationship for a long time. And now, as ABDick forges ahead as a new and stronger company, we are delighted to be able to continue to supply its customers with these high quality, reliable plate, and press chemistry products from Mitsubishi Imaging." In July 2004, Presstek entered into an asset purchase agreement with A.B.Dick Company, which was finalized on November 5, 2004. The company was subsequently renamed ABD International, Inc., and now conducts business under the name ABDick.
