Expansion of the management team follows a year of rapid growth for the company, driven by the addition of high-profile customers across a range of industries, including banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, and retail industries. Eliadis joins the executive team to broaden the service offering, which manages corporate data from any application, delivering finished product in one-quarter of the time at one-tenth the cost of in-house managed projects. Eliadis will oversee all operations and business process management, implementing a range of new customer service initiatives, merging and streamlining operations to meet increased customer demands for complex print requirements.

With over 15 years of experience in the printing and information technology fields, Eliadis brings strong operations and services focus with an emphasis on process improvement and customer satisfaction. Previously, Eliadis held management positions at R.R. Donnelley and Sons, Imperial Print Company (a subsidiary of Journal Communications), and Verity, Inc., where she created and maintained operational processes for both domestic and international customers for several product launches. Eliadis has a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California.
