Scanvec Amiable Appoints CFO

PHILADELPHIA--Nov. 23, 2004-- Scanvec Amiable, Inc., the recognized global leader in providing complete, professional software solutions from design to production for the sign making and large format digital printing industries, today announced that it has appointed William H. McDonnell as its Chief Financial Officer effective November 17, 2004. Mr. McDonnell, age 35, brings over 12 years of public company and CPA financial experience to his new position. Mr. McDonnell has extensive experience with public companies and public accounting. Most recently he worked for FNX Limited, a global financial risk management software development company, where he was Corporate Controller/VP of Finance. Prior to that, he was a Senior Audit Consultant at Unisys Corporation. Mr. McDonnell also was a Senior Accountant at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Inc. which is now Aventis. Mr. McDonnell also held positions with regional public accounting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Georgetown University, and passed the certified public accounting examination in 1993.
