DENVER-November 22, 2004-Quark Inc. announced today that it has entered an agreement to license its creative communications management technology to DPCI, a New York-based professional services firm that delivers customized technology solutions for organizations that need to publish to multiple media. Under the OEM program, partners gain access to powerful Quark technologies that can be used to develop industry solutions to solve specific business needs of customers, in less time for less money. DPCI is acclaimed in enterprise application integration of multi-channel publishing solutions with ERP, CMS, CRM and other mission-critical applications, making them a natural partner to tailor technologies for additional Fortune 1000 customers. "We are proud that Quark products have provided the underpinning for DPCI's multi-channel publishing solutions," said Kamar Aulakh, president and CEO of Quark.
