The new company occupies the 107,000 square-foot former Universal Press facility in Niles, Illinois, a Chicago suburb, and provides complete offset and digital printing services to clients. The combined organization is headed by President and COO Rick Baruch (former CEO of Imagine Print Group), Executive Vice President Lance Luka (former Vice President of Sales for Imagine Sales Group), and Chairman Jory Siegel (former President of Universal Press).
