Pitney Bowes Management Services Again Top 100

(PBMS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. today announced that it has once again been selected in the "leaders" category of "The Global Outsourcing 100," a list of the top global outsourcing services providers produced annually by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
