Rampage Systems and Shuttleworth integrate systems using JDF

Press release from the issuing company

Rampage Systems, Booth 4466, Graph Expo ’04 – Shuttleworth Business Systems, a leading supplier of Print Management Systems based in the U.K., and Rampage Systems, a leader in prepress production systems, have integrated their respective systems. As members of the CIP4 organization, Shuttleworth and Rampage adhere to JDF standards and use Job Messaging Format (JMF) for bi-directional communication. Customer and job-related data originates in Shuttleworth and passes to Rampage JVX to initiate the production process. To facilitate billing, costing, job tracking, and other managerial functions, Rampage JVX sends transactional data to Shuttleworth. For example, if a customer approves a job over the Internet using Rampage Remote, this information could be sent to the Shuttleworth job status module. Rampage and Shuttleworth integration will be available in Q1 of 2005.
