Exstream Software Adds MSI Systems Integrators to Distribution Program

Press release from the issuing company

Exstream Software, Inc. announced today it has entered into a distribution agreement with MSI Systems Integrators, a leading integrator of comprehensive information technology solutions headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Under the terms of the agreement, MSI will sell and service Dialogue, WebVerse, AFP Studio and future Exstream products as well as offer ongoing product training and support, expanding MSI’s ability to deliver personalized document output and management enterprise solutions. Exstream chose MSI because of its refined set of system integration skills that include output management, data center solutions, storage, networking and a strong line of servers. MSI expects to benefit by leveraging Exstream’s best-in-class enterprise personalization software combined with superior integration services to help customers develop applications that improve customer retention and reduce the cost of output. The agreement is integral to Exstream’s ongoing pursuit of augmenting its direct sales operations with partners that are able to embed its products into a larger solution set. Additionally, it opens new opportunities for MSI to take advantage of Dialogue’s proven capabilities to help customers better manage their print environment and save up to 30 percent in output costs. Dialogue’s ability to significantly shorten document application development time for faster delivery of personalized customer communications through multiple channels offers companies immediate ROI benefits. “MSI is excited about the relationship with Exstream because it brings a viable and timely personalization solution to our marketplace. With Dialogue, we expect to reduce our customers’ document output costs significantly. When you consider an average of three percent of a company’s overall revenue is spent on document output, any reduction in cost can have a dramatic impact on the bottom line,” says Mike Spinharney, director of output solutions for MSI. “The ability to offer Exstream’s products also gives us a stronger foothold with our clients. We can bring more value and go deeper into the enterprise with solutions that meet the personalized communication needs of a variety of industries.” “MSI has an expertise in document output management that makes it possible to sell and support Exstream’s products while integrating its own value-added services. The end result provides customers with a very positive experience,” said Rich Troksa, vice president of business development for Exstream Software. “As Exstream continues to expand its partnership program, we are excited about creating relationships with companies like MSI that leverage our technology within larger customer solutions and engagements.”
