Tailored Solutions Label Traxx Now Supports Screen Printing
Press release from the issuing company
Milwaukee, WI, September 2004—Tailored Solutions—the producer of Label Traxx for flexographic narrow web converters and printers—has broadened the capability of its popular software to support screen printing. Long known for its ability to measure the efficiency of flexo web and foil stamping operations, Label Traxx has now been expanded to permit estimating and producing screen printing, in the sheet sizes so critical to that type of printing.
In describing the screen printing capability, Tailored Solutions vice-president of sales and marketing Luther Erlund commented: “Many Label Traxx users also employ screen printing in their operations. Broadening the program to accommodate screen printing is just one more example of how Tailored Solutions listens to customers and provides the tools they need. This new feature is included in the latest version of Label Traxx at no additional charge.”
Tailored Solutions provides automated job management software for the printing industry. The company was formed in 1993 by Ken Meinhardt and David Porter, both of whom remain active in the business. Tailored Solutions offers two versions of its powerful job tracking software—Label Traxx for flexographic narrow web converters and printers, and Litho Traxx for sheetfed lithographic printers and prepress trade shops. All Tailored Solutions software is designed for use on both Macintosh and Windows platforms. Tailored Solutions is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and may be reached at 414-774-9997 or www.tailored.com.
