Multi-Color Corporation Continues to Strengthen Management Team

CINCINNATI, Sept. 10 -- Multi-Color Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of management personnel to their Decorating Solutions Division. To further advance the execution of their aggressive growth strategy, Multi-Color has hired Frank Graziano, Vice President of Operations, Bob Fien, Plant Manager of the Scottsburg, Indiana facility and Nick Picciuto, Division Controller. "We persist in strengthening the talent within our organization," stated Multi-Color President and CEO, Frank Gerace. "Continuing to create a powerful leadership team within this division is vital to the execution of our value proposition." Mr. Graziano is joining Multi-Color with more than 25 years of management experience in operations, with a background in the paper, printing, office and consumer product industries. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He later received a Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA. He began his career with Procter & Gamble Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, advancing rapidly through a number of increasingly responsible positions within the manufacturing and product supply division. From P&G, he became Director of Operations and, eventually, General Manager of Avery Dennison's Security and Printing Division in Clinton, SC. Most recently, Mr. Graziano was the Chief Operating Officer of Technicolor Entertainment Services' North American Film Operations. Mr. Graziano will report to Don Kneir, President of the Decorating Solutions Division, who joined the company seven months ago. Reporting to Mr. Graziano is new Plant Manager, Bob Fien. Mr. Fien will manage the day-to-day operations at the Scottsburg, IN facility. He is coming to Multi-Color from Finewrap USA in Dalton, GA where as General Manager he led their flexible packaging plant. Mr. Fien has held the Plant Manager role with Graphic Packaging in Menasha, WI and with International Paper Company in Philadelphia, PA and Griffin, GA. He has been very instrumental in leading plants through quick turnarounds and in improving key operating metrics at all levels of an organization. Fien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Nick Picciuto is joining Multi-Color with over 21 years of financial management experience. He began his career with Ernst & Young, as a Certified Public Accountant. He has spent the last 17 years with Dana Corporation, with increasing responsibilities toward a Division Controller and Six Sigma Black Belt consultant. Mr. Picciuto received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business degrees from Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, OH. In his new role as Division Controller, he will be responsible for the financial leadership and management of Multi-Color's Decorating Solutions plants, working closely with Mr. Kneir and Mr. Graziano. Mr. Picciuto will report to Multi-Color's CFO, Dawn H. Bertsche.
