The Océ cm6520 combines powerful black & white with easy to manage color so that customers can now own a true replacement for black & white only machines. Users no longer have to worry about maintaining various devices as the Océ cm6520 can copy, print, scan and fax in brilliant black & white and full color. Customers can now create full color documents without forgoing black & white print speed or paying a premium price to do so. This inclusive MFP, which is an extension of the Océ cm4521 and Océ cm5520 launched in November of 2007, helps users to remain highly productive without compromising quality. Productivity and versatility

With document output speeds of 65 ppm in black & white and 50 ppm in full color, it has never been easier for users to get print jobs completed in a simple and quick manner. Easy to access scan functions on a large full-color touch screen provide scan to email, scan to desktop or shared network folders using SMB (server message block), scan to the device HDD and scan to FTP. With the addition of the optional single or dual line Super G3 fax kit, users can take advantage of PC faxing and inbound fax routing to email. An outstanding standard paper capacity of 3,650 sheets can be increased to 6,650 with the optional 3,000 sheet LCT (large capacity tray), providing uninterrupted productivity within high volume office environments. For both the discerning graphic professional and those who aspire to create the highest quality color documents, an optional Fiery print controller from EFI can be added to the Océ cm6520. The Fiery printing system delivers powerful color management controls, variable data printing solutions, true Adobe PostScript 3 language and sophisticated color tools such as Spot-On-Color and Pantone Color Matching. Fiery ColorWise software offers automated functionality and expert controls for managing color and productivity. Featuring the latest System 8e architecture, the Fiery controller brings color performance, control and precision to documents that businesses rely on.

Network connectivity and management

No matter what the task may be, the Océ cm6520 is equipped with all the right tools to assist information in flowing smoothly throughout businesses. With standard PCL6 and PostScript 3 emulation print drivers, users can remain confident that the Océ cm6520 will be highly productive in both PC and Mac environments. With a range of utilities that come standard and tools such as the Océ Desktop Document Manager and Printer Administration Utility, capturing and managing scanned documents and networked printing assets is uncomplicated and straightforward.
