Tailored Solutions Litho Traxx Software Monitors Fulfillment and Distribution Services
Press release from the issuing company
Milwaukee, WI, November 2003 - Tailored Solutions Litho Traxx- a cross-platform print business management system which runs on both Macintosh and Windows computers—now includes a powerful fulfillment module. The Litho Traxx fulfillment module enables printers to monitor and manage finished goods inventory levels and reorder points, and to set specifications for specialty client kits. Tailored Solutions president Ken Meinhardt, commenting on the product feature, said: “As printers search for new avenues of revenue generation, fulfillment often complements current offerings.
With Tailored Solutions Litho Traxx, printers offering warehousing and assembly to their print customers can now manage these services with the same software they use to manage conventional printing operations. Custom job orders can be created and client-furnished items can be tracked using the software, which also captures freight charges and tracks handling charges for each kit item. When used in conjunction with the Tailored Solutions Litho Traxx E-Traxx module, customers can check their inventory using a web browser.”
Tailored Solutions Litho Traxx is a comprehensive print business management system designed specifically for midsize commercial sheetfed printers and prepress houses. Powerful, yet easy to use, Litho Traxx was developed by a print production manager who wanted complete job tracking that integrated every staff member, every function, and every department, in an easy-to-understand format. Litho Traxx consists of estimating, order processing, invoicing/accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, job costing, fulfillment, quality control, and E-Traxx modules. Because Litho Traxx runs on both Macintosh and Windows computers, it is ideal for print shops which use both operating systems.
