Outlook Group Sells Paragon Direct To A. B. Data, Ltd.

MILWAUKEE--July 7, 2004-- Outlook Group Corp. today announced the sale of selected assets of its Paragon Direct division to A. B. Data, Ltd., a direct marketing services firm based in Milwaukee. Paragon Direct provides database management and mailing services for its own client base as well as clients of Outlook Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"This is a win-win transaction for our two companies. Outlook Group will continue to provide direct mail capabilities as part of our complete supply chain management solution strategy. We believe that by joining forces with A. B. Data, our clients and the clients of Paragon Direct will also benefit from the additional expertise and broader range of capabilities offered by A. B. Data," said Joseph J. Baksha, president and chief operating officer of Outlook Group. "There are many synergies between our companies, including our high standards for quality and our commitment to client service."

In January 2004, Paragon Direct achieved ISO 9000 quality management system registration. Paragon Direct is one of few service providers in the direct marketing industry to achieve this high standard. Located in Milwaukee, Wis., Paragon Direct has 13 employees.
