Ricoh Hosts Securing Your Document Workflow Educational Summit

WEST CALDWELL, N.J., June 24 -- Ricoh Corporation, the leading provider of digital office equipment, is hosting an educational summit, "Securing Your Document Workflow," in Washington D.C. Being held in the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center, the summit will include educational seminars, a product exposition, and keynote speaker General Wesley K. Clark. Ricoh's educational summit will provide a unique opportunity for attendees to get a comprehensive view of today's document solutions, including those that address securing document workflow. Attendees will learn how to empower department level employees to work more efficiently with seminars focusing on document management, storage, archiving, and collaboration with increased security. They will also learn how to integrate the flow of information by seamlessly linking all the peripherals onto the network for greater printer management and cost savings. At the product exposition, Ricoh will be showcasing the J.I.T.C. certified SecureFax systems with Secure Color File Transfer. The latest in digital copier security will also be on display as Ricoh showcases its Removable Hard Drives and the newly launched DataOverwriteSecurity System that is common criteria certified to an EAL3. Beyond security concerns, the summit will address the issues of accessibility and the environment. For government procurement officials, accessibility is now a requirement. Ricoh provides accessibility information for its product lines and will educate attendees about its work towards a higher standard for universal design that is accessible for everyone. Attendees will also learn about Ricoh's End-of-Life product management program and energy efficient product lines that help address the mandatory "Greening the Government" executive orders. The summit is being held on Thursday, June 24 from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. at the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington D.C.
