papiNet Names Pyzdrowski & Roslund Vice-Chairman for Global Operations

Brussels and Washington, D.C. (July 9, 2003) -- The members and sponsoring organizations of papiNet - the global electronic standards initiative of the paper and forest products industry - named Robert Pyzdrowski of RR Donnelley the chairman and Bengt Roslund of SCA Packaging the vice-chairman of papiNet.
Robert Pyzdrowski is President of Operations, Print Solutions of RR Donnelley, and has responsibility for Process Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for the Print Solutions business. Mr. Pyzdrowski has held diverse management positions in the Premedia, Telecommunications, Merchandise Media, and Magazine businesses including President of the Magazine Publishing Services business unit. He also served as past President of the Gravure Association of America.
Bengt Roslund is a Vice President with SCA Packaging. He has held a series of executive positions in the paper industry over the past thirteen years. Mr. Roslund ran his own consultancy company prior to joining SCA Packaging.
The regional officers for Europe and North America were elected from their respective regional boards:Luis Deslandes, CEO for Soporcel, Portugal, acts as chairman for papiNet Europe.Mr. Pyzdrowski, RR Donnelley, acts as the chairman for papiNet North America; Heidi Biggs, Vice President of E-business, Weyerhaeuser, is Vice Chairman.
