OCTOBER 23 – 24 -- The Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP) announces its plans to exhibit at the Print Solutions 2003 Expo, October 23 – 24, 2003 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Print Solutions 2003 is the national industry show that includes the country's top business printing distributors and resellers in the printing industry who represent 2.6 billion dollars in sales. The Print Solutions 2003 Expo (formerly known as Informservices) leads the industry in catering to the needs of the printers that sell to the trade. The show in its 58th year is produced annual by the Document Management Industries Association (DMIA http://www.dmia.org).
SSPP will be exhibiting in booth #121 (http://www.dmia.org/em/i2003/i2003FlrPln.pdf) with the theme of “The Best Have Just Gotten Better - Can You Afford to Lose a Good CSR” focussing on recruitment, retention and recognition strategies for the graphics arts industry.
“We are glad to be back at the DMIA show again this year” says Denise Pons, Director of SSPP. “The exhibitors and attendees of the Print Solutions show make their livings providing exceptional customer service to their printing clients, all while they continue to see profitable business – we are just here to show them new ways to help their clients while educating their staff.”
“We love having SSPP at our shows,” says David Merli, Director of Exhibit Sales – “Our members are already providing the best that there is in exemplary customer service, and many are members of SSPP. The only constant in our industry is change, and SSPP helps printers meet that change with cutting edge customer service.”
