Baldwin Technology: Banks Extend Term Of Credit Agreement

SHELTON, CT, July 1, 2003 — Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. announced today that Fleet National Bank and Wachovia Bank National Association have agreed to amend its credit agreement by extending the maturity date of the loans to August 1, 2003. Vijay C. Tharani, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, commented: “This extension to our current credit facility will allow the Company some additional time to conclude its negotiations with a new lender.” The Company also announced that it is has filed a Form 8-K Report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will be available via the SEC’s EDGAR system or via a link on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s web site.
