Xerox Awards Roll Systems Finishing Partner Of The Year
Press release from the issuing company
Burlington, MA (June 12, 2003) -Roll Systems has been named by Xerox Corporation the inaugural recipient of their new "Finishing Partner of the Year, Post-Sale Support" award. The award was presented to Jules Fried, vice president of Roll, and Pete Miller, Roll's Director of Xerox Alliance Programs, during recent Xerox partner meetings in Rochester, NY.
"Roll Systems has been a Xerox partner for more than ten years now, and their customer support execution has been almost flawless. We are very pleased to recognize that achievement with this award," said Jerry Murray, vice president of the Production Solutions Business Unit, Xerox NASG.
Xerox instituted this award based upon their experience of the critical importance of supporting Xerox customers, by both Xerox and their other vendor partners, after the sale has been completed. To choose the first winner of the award, Xerox relied on input from customers and from their own service organization.
Said George McKenna, president of Roll Systems, "Roll is excited and proud to have won Xerox's very first award for post-sale support. We see it as recognition of the Red Circle, take-care-of-the-customer-first, attitude that permeates our entire company, from the field support specialists on the front lines to each person in our home office. Our stated objective is to have the world's most comfortable customers."
Red Circle is Roll's customer care program begun in 2002, consisting of a variety of value-added services, all designed to make Roll's interactions with its customers as trouble-free and convenient as possible.
