Key new features in version 3.0 are additional resolution choices, support forencrypted PDF files and built-in support for PDF Services.
A leading provider of PDF optimization and workflow tools, Apago has combined the Lite and Full editions of PDFshrink in version 3.0. PDFshrink 3.0 is priced at $35 like the former PDFshrink Lite but includes multiple configuration and resolution choices formerly found only on the more expensive PDFshrink.

In addition, PDFshrink owners will also receive a discount price of $25 to upgrade the more powerful PDF Enhancer software. This upgrade normally sells for $54. PDFshrink 3.0 adds new compression techniques, resolution choices of “no change, 72, 96, 150, 200, 300dpi,” support for processing encrypted PDF files, ability to save unlimited configurations, built-in support for PDF Services and Applescript.
