Relizon Announces New Leadership within Key Strategic Business Unit

Dayton, Ohio -- June 3, 2003 -- Relizon, a business process solutions company approaching a billion dollars in revenue, today announced that it has promoted Timothy Schriner to the role of President, Relizon US Business Communications. The US Business Communications group is Relizon's largest business unit and is primarily focused on delivering high value Document Management and Billing Solutions for customers. Schriner was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Relizon. "Tim brings a combination of keen strategic insight and strong business acumen to this position. Tim's general management experience, leadership during our formation as a new company and as a member of our Board of Directors make him uniquely qualified for this critically important role within our organization," said Rodney Hedeen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Relizon. "I am delighted to accept this leadership opportunity within Relizon. The future is ours for the making, and I look forward to making it happen with the input of our leadership team and employees," said Schriner. Tim Schriner has 16 years of experience in the business. Commencing his career with the Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 1980 in the finance organization, he joined Relizon in 1987, when it was known as the Information Solutions Group of Reynolds and Reynolds. He has held various senior financial leadership roles along with general management responsibilities in the document and billing solutions business units. He received a B.S. in Finance from Miami University (Ohio) and M.B.A. from Wright State University. Replacing Schriner as acting CFO will be Sarah Burton, Relizon's treasurer. Burton joined Relizon in October 2000, with 12 years of experience in finance and over 10 years in treasury to build the Relizon treasury department. She was previously employed with Ohio Casualty Group as Corporate Treasuer. She received a B.S. in Finance with honors from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
