Agfa President Robert Stabler to Receive AGC’s Power of Communications Award

Ridgefield Park / NJ, May 5, 2003 – Agfa Graphic Systems is proud to announce that Robert J. Stabler, President, will be honored with the Power of Communications award on May 15th at the Association of Graphic Communications’ (AGC) 51st Annual Franklin Event.
The AGC’s Power of Communications Award is given to leaders in the field of graphic communications in recognition of their positive influence, creative excellence and outstanding achievements in the world of communications and publishing. The award honoring Mr. Stabler came in the Suppliers Category, which recognizes those who have not only excelled within their own careers but have also left an indelible mark on the graphic communication industry.
“It is an honor and a privilege to receive this esteemed award,” Stabler said. “How wonderful to be recognized by one’s peers for the efforts we at Agfa make as a team every day in our effort to continue making print and publishing more attractive. Stabler has been with Agfa for more than 15 years, serving in a variety of sales, marketing and management positions. A graduate of Reading University with an MBA from Kingston University, Stabler headed up Agfa's Consumer Imaging businesses prior to moving over to Graphic Systems in 2001.
