Xerox and 1stlegal Enhance Digital Efficiencies for Document and Content Management

NEW YORK--April 8, 2003-- A partnership announced today between Xerox Corporation and 1stlegal means companies facing government compliance regulations and court-ordered production schedules can now get critical hardcopy documents converted to digital images in less than 24 hours. 1stlegal, a software and technology solutions provider, and Xerox will mutually sell their services, providing advanced imaging and intelligent coding software to help organizations retain, search and locate millions of documents quickly and cost-effectively. Clients of 1stlegal can also take advantage of Xerox's Global Services' imaging facility in Hot Springs, Ark., where large volumes of documents can be converted, hosted and integrated into a digital repository by Xerox imaging specialists.
