Enovation acquires Enfield, Conn. Business of Northeastern Graphic Supply

VALHALLA, N.Y.--March 31, 2003--Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc., a Fujifilm Company, announced today the acquisition of the Enfield, Conn. business (formerly known as Blooms, Inc.) of Northeastern Graphic Supply based in Portland, Maine. "Becoming part of Enovation is an exciting venture that will enhance our ability to serve and provide for our customers' needs now and in the future," said John Chistolini, manager of Enovation's Enfield, Conn. office. "This location will continue to be a leading supplier in this area for many years and is committed to providing our customers with the best products, technology, technical support and training available." "This acquisition, teamed with our Hingham, Mass. facility solidifies Enovation's presence in the New England market," said Jim Purcell, Enovation's east regional sales vice president. "I am quite pleased to have a talented group of sales, management, and operational people at this location join our company. John is a seasoned and knowledgeable manager who will have a leadership role in expanding Enovation's sales and marketing efforts. Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc. was formed in 2001 with Fujifilm's acquisition of three leading dealers in the channel - PrimeSource Corporation, Heartland Imaging and Graphic Systems, Inc. Since then Enovation has acquired Taylor Impression Inc., with five branches in Tennessee and Arkansas, Image Control Systems Inc., with four branch locations in the Pacific Northwest and Nelson-Keystone with branches in the Pacific Southwest. In September of 2002, Enovation also acquired certain assets of Arkin-Medo, Inc., establishing a major presence for Enovation in the New York metro area.
