DiMS! Organizing Print Names Two New VPs

Lisle, IL - March 17, 2003 - DiMS ! organizing print, a leading supplier of Management Information Solutions for the printing and packaging industry, announced today that it has named Chris Wood Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Colm Ronan Vice President, Finance for the company’s worldwide operations. Formerly with Radius Solutions, Inc., the two will be charged with managing DiMS!’ significant growth in the North American market. “Both Chris and Colm bring a wealth of experience to our Management team. Chris has 16 years of experience in the printing and packaging management systems industry, and thoroughly understands our customers’ needs. His leadership will be critical to guiding our sales efforts in the US and Canada. Likewise, we will leverage Colm’s financial expertise to set the global financial direction of DiMS! organizing print as we continue to grow our business and expand our presence in the marketplace,” said Gerard Marneth, CEO, DiMS! organizing print. Prior to joining DiMS! organizing print, Chris Wood developed manufacturing software for Honeywell, and subsequently joined Avalon Solutions, successfully project managing numerous print and packaging industry installations and establishing the company’s first overseas office in Holland. Most recently, he served as VP Sales & Marketing for Radius Solutions, Inc., launching the company’s US headquarters in Chicago. Mr. Wood is a regular contributor to print and packaging magazines and Web sites, and has also shared his expertise as guest speaker at numerous industry events including LabelExpo, PPC and FPA conferences and meetings. Colm Ronan qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant after graduating from the College of Commerce in Dublin, Ireland. As Vice President, Finance, Mr. Ronan will set the global financial direction of DiMS! organizing print, overseeing the Financial Reporting and Human Resources functions. Additionally, Mr. Ronan will be responsible for financial system development and taxes for the US operations. Before joining DiMS! organizing print, he worked for a number of years as the Financial Controller for Radius Solutions, Inc. In addition to his experience in the printing software industry, Mr. Ronan has worked as an accountant for an automobile leasing company and spent many years working in public practice.
