Printcafe Announces Board Changes

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 13 -- Printcafe Software announced today that Gerri Sinclair has resigned her position as a member of the Company's board of directors, due to the requirements of her new role as General Manager of Microsoft Network Canada. Charles Billerbeck, a current Printcafe board member, has been appointed to replace Ms. Sinclair on the board's audit committee.
