February 5, 2003 -- The Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP) announces a new alliance with the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL). SSPP, the only membership organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer service professional in the printing industry, will provide customer service training and information to the NAPL Membership. The alliance will further NAPL’s mission of “enabling the printing community to profit from change” by introducing an important customer service track.
According to Joe P. Truncale, President of NAPL, “We want to enhance our membership benefits to members at the top tiers of our industry by providing Customer Service training. With this Customer Service track, NAPL members, with the help of the SSPP, can now keep and maintain good service employees, and meet the growing needs of their companies for great customer service.”
Both organizations agree that the partnership is a wonderful opportunity. The printing specific customer service education that SSPP offers will continue to be a great benefit to SSPP’s current membership as well as the new NAPL members.
SSPP’s newsletter, Signature Service will also be used to enhance NAPL’s current offering to its members.
