Barco Graphics Users Association Announces New Name

Press release from the issuing company

Florence, KY - The Barco Graphics' Users Association (BGUA) has adopted a new name and look to keep in step with the new Esko-Graphics organization, a result of the merger between Barco Graphics and Purup-Eskofot. The organization is now the AEG - the Association of Esko-Graphics Users. "When Barco Graphics merged with Purup-Eskofot and formed Esko-Graphics, it was only appropriate that we too adapt to the changes," comments Michael Meyer, Chairman of the Board, AEG. "The new name also gives us the opportunity to make some changes to the user association. The Board of Directors has been working diligently to grow the organization and offer the community of users an outstanding, cost-effective platform to learn from each other and network with the Esko-Graphics team," continues Meyer. The AEG exists in partnership with Esko-Graphics to learn about and direct the future of Esko-Graphics’ pre-production solutions. AEG immerses its members in a network of fellow users, all willing to share information and tips with other members. Invaluable information is also available for experienced Esko-Graphics users to fine-tune and maximize system use. The AEG is open to any company that has an Esko-Graphics system, or has signed a purchase order for scheduled system delivery. The 2003 AEG annual user group meeting will be held May 1 - 3 in St. Louis, Missouri. As with every meeting, users will learn the latest product developments, network with Esko-Graphics management and product development personnel, and learn from their peers.
