January 16, 2003 - - Point Balance, an executive education and management consulting firm serving the printing and publishing industries, announced today that Bill Davison has left the firm to become the Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Customer Service at Presstek, Inc. In connection with Davison’s departure, William K. Lavelle, Jr. and G. David Dodd acquired certain assets of Point Balance, Inc. and became principals of the firm. Lavelle and Dodd both joined Point Balance in 2002 as senior analysts.
“We will certainly miss Bill’s wisdom and insight,” Lavelle said, “But we wish him all the best in his new position. David and I are excited about the future of Point Balance, and we look forward to continuing the work we have begun. During the next few weeks, we expect to be making several significant announcements about the future direction of Point Balance.”
