Connect 2003, Printcafe's fourth annual gathering of customers, industry opinion leaders and Printcafe staff will kick off on Wednesday, May 14 and run through Saturday, May 17, 2003. It will be held at the New Aladdin Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. More than one hundred Printcafe technical, development, training, and customer service personnel will lead the conference, armed with years of experience in the printing industry, and success stories to share with attendees. The Connect 2003 classes will be created using feedback from a survey sent out to nearly 10,000 Printcafe software users. "Connect 2003 is the opportunity for our clients to meet with Printcafe staff and other printers like themselves to discuss tactics for success and the latest trends in the industry," said Bob Bierwagen, Senior Vice President of Product Management. "The conference also serves as an opportunity to meet with our customers in a friendly, interactive environment to share the information, tools, expertise, and support that will help them be more competitive and profitable, while helping us better understand their needs." "Connect is a great time for us to learn what's coming next, and share ideas with other printers for improving the way we use our management system and run our business," said Lea Walsh, Manager of Information Technology at Premier Print Holdings, a multi-division printing company and Hagen OA user, with executive offices in Houston, Texas. "The Printcafe staff are very helpful and we find great value from attending Connect."
