Sixteen Service Specialists Awarded Certification by SSPP

January 8, 2003 -- The Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP) announces the results of the November 16, 2002 Certified Printing Service Specialists (CPSS) exam. The extensive four-hour exam, which was held nationwide this November covered the technical aspects of printing as well as the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be a successful printing specialist.
The specialists who met the rigorous certification requirements and can now use the designation CPSS are:

Companies employing customer service specialists who earn the CPSS designation will be better equipped to serve their customers and be recognized as leaders in the area of customer service. There are now approximately 350 certified printing service specialists around the United States and Canada.
SSPP is now taking applications for the next CPSS examination, which will be held nationwide on May 17, 2003. The deadline for applications is April 4, 2003.
