Press release from the issuing company

December 18, 2003 -- The 2003 IPA Marketing & Sales Conference, to be held February 7-8 at Amelia Island Plantation, Amelia Island, Florida, will focus on developing and implementing a unique selling position that takes advantage of opportunities created by new technologies and changing customer demands. Attendees will leave the IPA meeting with a greater understanding of their customers' needs and concerns and how they, as graphic solutions providers, can respond to changing market needs and expectations. The IPA Conference will feature discussions focusing on risks to avoid and challenges to pursue with new revenue streams and value added selling. Conference highlights include interactive sessions designed to help attendees brand their companies for long-term viability and incorporate consultative selling processes into their organizations. In addition, buyers of premedia services will share their experiences and discuss how graphic solutions providers can help their customers succeed in the face of change. Commenting on the IPA Conference, Pat Meredith (NEC, Inc., Nashville, Tennessee), conference chairman, said, "Never in the history of graphic communication has the industry seen such dramatic change. As companies redefine who they are, they must be closely linked to their customers and their needs. This conference will help graphic solutions providers develop a powerful relationship with their clients." All attendees of the 2003 IPA Marketing & Sales Conference will receive a free copy of a research report that examines both market and premedia trends and their impact on the graphic solutions provider. In addition to the outlook for premedia, the report will focus on market opportunities and the upside and downside of pursuing different markets.
