Moore Affirms Fourth Quarter And Full Year Guidance And 2003 Outlook

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario & STAMFORD, Conn.--Dec. 9, 2002--Moore Corporation Limited, today announced that it expects to report fourth quarter 2002 earnings per share of at least $0.17 and full year 2002 earnings per share of at least $0.56. The Company also confirmed that it expects full year 2003 earnings per share of $0.81. The Company will be releasing fourth quarter and full year 2002 results on February 12, 2003, following the close of the markets. The Company also announced plans to repurchase common shares in accordance with the previously announced share repurchase program, depending on market conditions.
